A sweetend sauce from Japan, which is called "teriyaki sauce", is very famous all over the world. Usually, we mix soy sauce and sugar together to make this sauce. When you broil some slices of meat, like chicken, fish etc., with teriyaki sauce, you realize a nice combination of the tastes. I like teriyaki sauce, and I want to describe my favourite recipe.
All you need to make "Teriyaki salmon" is...
Salmon patty
200g salmon finely chopped
1 egg
1/2 or 1/4 of a onion finely chopped
1 tea spoon of butter
1 tea spoon of ginger grated
1 table spoon of flour
1 table spoon of soy sauce
1 table spoon of cooking wine
salt and pepper to season
Teriyaki sauce
2 table spoon of soy souce
2 table spoon of cooking wine
1 table spoon of mirin
1 table spoon of sugar
1, Cook the onion with the butter in a microwave for about 2 minute, and then make it cool.
2, Mix all ingredientes of salmon patty into one bowl with the onion and devide into 3 or 4 pieces.
3, Heat some oil in a pan, and bake the salmon mixture.
4,While you bake them, mix all ingredientes of teriyaki sauce to prepare.
5, When the patties are done, add the teriyaki sauce and heat again until the sauce is absorbed in the patties.
6, Served with rice and some side dishies. I like it the best :)
